Elorus: Certified Electronic Invoicing Provider

With Elorus Fuse, you can issue unlimited wholesale and retail documents for €8 per month or €72 per year.

To get started, first fill out the application within the Elorus platform, selecting the types of documents you want to issue. You’ll then receive an email with a pre-filled contract to review, sign, and submit. Once it’s signed by Elorus, you’ll need to submit an authorization for the Certified Provider Elorus Fuse on the TAXIS platform.

After we approve the authorization, you must submit a declaration of exclusive issuance of documents via Provider Elorus Fuse to the IAPR.

Once you’ve submitted the declaration, just let us know so we can confirm the information. Finally, choose your subscription plan, and you can start issuing your first document right away.

Currently, using an e-invoicing provider is only mandatory for issuing documents to the public sector (B2G transactions).

In the near future, e-invoicing will also become mandatory for all wholesale transactions (B2B), and the final deadlines for compliance have already been set.

On top of that, the authorities are offering tax incentives (a 200% tax deduction) for businesses that adopt e-invoicing at least two months before the mandatory deadline.

Yes, you can choose to use the provider’s service for only wholesale or only retail transactions. For example, you can decide to issue your wholesale documents through Elorus without using the Elorus Fuse service, while using the Elorus Fuse service for all your retail documents.

No, not in paper form. The law permits the electronic archiving of invoices, as long as their access, integrity, and readability are guaranteed in case of an audit. Elorus Fuse automatically maintains a complete document history, keeping your business fully covered.
