We’ve made a few useful updates to the Digital Client List feature, to improve your day-to-day workflows and reduce friction during submission to myDATA.
Retroactive submission support
In case of connection issues, you can now mark a record as retroactively submitted (“Transmission failure”). This helps maintain a proper timeline even if Elorus wasn’t accessible when the client entered your facilities.
Finalization warning
When closing a client record (e.g. when a vehicle departs), Elorus now always shows a warning that the action is irreversible, so you don’t finalize a case by mistake.
Form improvements
Lastly, we’ve made several small tweaks to the DCL submission forms, making it easier and faster to fill in the required fields.
