[Greek version] Delivery notes for reverse movement now supported

New feature February 9, 2026

Elorus now supports Delivery Notes for reverse movement of goods—a key document type (myDATA 9.3) for Greek businesses that need to record goods transported by the recipient, rather than the supplier.

What is reverse movement?

Reverse movement applies when goods are picked up by the buyer from the supplier’s premises or another location, using the buyer’s own means of transport. In such cases, the recipient issues the delivery note, rather than the sender.

This typically happens when:

  • The supplier is not a liable entity and not obligated to issue the delivery note.
  • The supplier refuses or forgets to issue one.
  • The supplier is based in the EU or a third country, and the buyer transports the goods (e.g. from customs).
  • Both parties agree the buyer will handle transportation, even if the supplier is otherwise responsible.

Inventory impact

Unlike standard delivery notes (which reduce stock), reverse movement delivery notes increase inventory quantities—since goods are being received rather than dispatched.

How to enable it

To start issuing these documents:

  1. Navigate to Settings > Document types
  2. Click Add
  3. Select Delivery Notes as the category
  4. Choose the type “Delivery note - reverse movement”

Once created, this document type will be available in your Delivery Notes section and fully compatible with myDATA document type 9.3.

This update helps ensure accurate stock tracking and full compliance with Greek tax regulations in reverse logistics scenarios.
