Show gross or net amounts on your invoices

Elorus now gives you more flexibility in how your invoice PDFs are presented by introducing two new optional columns on the line items table:

• Gross unit price: The item price before discounts, including applicable taxes.
• Gross total: The total line amount after discounts, also including taxes.

With this update, you can choose whether to display net or gross amounts on your invoice templates—depending on your audience:

• Net amounts are ideal for B2B invoicing, where prices are usually negotiated before tax.
• Gross amounts are better suited for receipts or B2C documents, as retail prices typically include tax (VAT/GST).

Since Elorus allows for multiple invoice templates per organization, you can easily create and switch between net- and gross-based layouts depending on the scenario—without having to reconfigure your documents each time.
