Managing team productivity just got easier in Elorus. You can now assign users to teams, creating a clear structure for your organization and simplifying time tracking at scale.

Once users are assigned to teams, project managers gain visibility into all tracked time across their team members—no need to filter by individual users.

This new functionality allows you to:

  • Group users based on departments, roles, or custom criteria,
  • Automatically link tracked time entries to each user’s assigned team,
  • Manually assign tracked time entries to a specific team,
  • View time tracking reports by team, making performance and billing insights more accessible than ever.

If your organization runs multiple projects across different teams, this update brings much-needed clarity to time and productivity reporting.

Note: Team-based reporting access is role-sensitive and follows the permissions already set in your organization.
