Managing inventory just got easier in Elorus. With the new Goods receipts feature, you can now record incoming products from suppliers and update your stock before the related purchase invoice is issued.
This gives your team a more practical way to keep inventory levels accurate as soon as products arrive, without waiting for the supplier invoice to complete the process.

A goods receipt describes products that have been added to your inventories following an order from a supplier. It helps you record what was received, when it was received, and which products should be added to stock.
Most importantly, goods receipts make it easy to update the stock of multiple products at once. This is especially useful when receiving larger supplier orders that include several items.
Until now, inventory updates could be handled through Stock adjustments. This option remains available and is still the right tool for correcting or adjusting the quantity of a single product.
Goods receipts serve a different purpose. Instead of making one-off corrections, they are designed for everyday receiving workflows, helping you add multiple supplier products to inventory quickly and consistently.
Each goods receipt comes with a printable format, so you can export it as a PDF whenever needed.
You can also email goods receipts directly to collaborators and suppliers, making it easier to keep everyone aligned and maintain a clear record of incoming stock.
Goods receipts give you a more organized and efficient way to manage supplier deliveries in Elorus. By separating incoming stock updates from stock corrections, your inventory workflow becomes clearer, faster, and better suited to real business operations.
