[Greek version] Request myDATA imports by MARK or MARK range

We’ve enhanced the myDATA importer with a more targeted way to keep your records complete: you can now manually request the import of a specific document by its MARK, or an entire range of MARKs.

Elorus already imports myDATA documents automatically on a daily basis. In rare cases, though, a document can be missed by that automated run, for example when it had not yet been finalized by myDATA at the exact time the import took place. Until now, resolving one of these gaps meant reaching out to support.

How it works

• Import a single MARK: enter the MARK of the specific document you’re missing, and Elorus will fetch it directly from myDATA.
• Import a MARK range: request an entire span of MARKs at once, useful when several consecutive documents were left out of an automated import.

Requested documents are added straight to your existing myDATA records.
