[Greek version] Support for myDATA v2.0.2

Integration September 16, 2026

We’ve updated our integration with myDATA to support the latest v2.0.2 specifications, focused on delivery notes and the digital tracking of goods movement. This update includes:

  • Goods Receipts submitted to myDATA now require a reason for issuance. If you select “Other”, a short free-text description is required as well, the same way the existing “purpose of transport” field already works.
  • If a delivery doesn’t reach its destination, you can now issue a 10.1 Goods Receipt (Associated) to record that the goods came back, linked to the original delivery note. The same 10.1 type can also be used to correct or complete a 10.2 Goods Receipt you issued earlier.
  • Carriers can now declare package details for a delivery note both when the transport starts and during any transshipments, not only at issuance. Packages declared when the document was issued are treated as planned packages, and can now be corrected with the actual, final packages once the goods are moving.
  • You can now cancel Goods Receipts, whether they were submitted directly from Elorus or through an e-invoicing provider. As with delivery notes, a cancelled Goods Receipt cannot be reissued through Elorus, since myDATA doesn’t allow resubmissions.
  • Document types 1.4 (sales on behalf of third parties), 3.1 and 3.2 (proof of expenditure), and 11.5 (retail sales on behalf of third parties) can now also serve as delivery notes. New combined document types are available for these cases, such as “Proof of expenditure - Delivery note”, with the relevant transport fields enabled automatically.
  • New delivery statuses cover what happens when the transport returns after a failed or partial delivery. Only the issuer can start a return transport, log any transshipments along the way, and close it out with a dedicated completion action; the recipient can no longer close out a delivery by declaring a partial receipt in this case.
  • A new “Non-liable recipient” field is available on transport documents, for cases where the party receiving the goods isn’t subject to Greece’s digital stock tracking rules. When set, the transport closes automatically once the issuer marks the goods as delivered, with no action required from the recipient. This field must be set when the document is issued, not afterwards.
  • A new “No digital tracking” field lets you exclude a transport from digital tracking entirely. No delivery actions are required from either side, and the transport status shows directly as “Completed” once the document is issued.
  • For consolidated delivery notes (9.2), as well as for return transport documents, the issuer can now close out the transport on their own, without waiting on any action from the recipient.
