We’ve rolled out a set of improvements to the Product Stock management workflow in Elorus, giving you more flexibility when setting up products and better visibility when exporting your data.
When creating a new product, if you choose to enable stock management, you can now define the initial stock quantity for each warehouse in your organization.
Once saved, Elorus will automatically generate the appropriate “Stock adjustment” records per warehouse, ensuring your inventory balances are properly initialized from day one.
This functionality is also available when importing multiple products via Excel or CSV, allowing you to configure stock levels in bulk during the import process.
Managing large product lists just got easier.
From the Products / Services list page, you can now select multiple products and use the new list actions to “Enable stock management” in one go. This is especially useful when transitioning to inventory tracking or updating existing product catalogs.
We’ve also enhanced the Backup export feature.
When exporting your organization’s Products / Services to Excel via the Backup page, the downloaded file now includes the current stock quantity of each product per warehouse.
These updates are designed to help you set up, manage, and monitor your inventory with greater accuracy and efficiency—whether you’re adding new products, updating existing ones, or exporting your data for safekeeping.
